Terminate subscription through website
If you want to terminate your subscription, log in to www.storytel.com and go to My pages -> My account. On the account page, there is a button to end your subscription. Click on it and complete the cancellation on the next page by clicking again on "Confirm cancellation". You will get a confirmation sent to the email address your Storytel account is registered with. We recommend that you save your confirmation.
Terminate subscription started directly in the app
If your subscription was started directly in the app, you won’t see the ”Cancel subscription” option on your account page at www.storytel.com. You can click ”Manage subscription” to see more instructions on how to terminate the subscription, but you can also cancel it directly in your phone by following the steps below.
Go to "Settings" > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.
Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it.
Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
Select "Cancel Subscription" to cancel your subscription.
Keep in mind: Your subscription does not end automatically if you delete the app or do not use the service. You have to terminate it through our website.
