You have received this email because we are having problems with your payment and therefore cannot renew your subscription. Make sure your card is still valid, you have funds on your card and that it is valid for internet purchases.
Storytel will make four attempts to charge you within 10 days, if all attempts fail your subscription will be closed. You can then log in to www.storytel.com, go to My pages -> My account and start it again.
If your subscription is still active you can try to update or change your payment information. You can do this if you log in to www.storytel.com, go to My pages -> My account and update your payment information there. A new attempt to debit your account will be attempted and if successful the subscription will be renewed within minutes.
