If you have a subscription and have problems with reading e-books, try to remove the book and save it to your book shelf again. Also try another e-book to see if the problem is with all e-books or just the one. You can also try to restart your device.
It is not possible to read e-books in Windows Tablet or PC.
Try these methods if you have difficulties listening:
1. Uninstall the app (this will remove your books from offline)
2. Restart your device
3. Install the app
4. Login and try again
Make sure you have enough storage on your device and that your subscription is active.
