You have received this e-mail or message in the app because something went wrong with your payment. This is usually caused by the card is no longer valid, funds are missing or it is not valid for internet purchases.
Storytel will make four attempts to charge you within 10 days, if they fail your subscription will be terminated. You can then log in to www.storytel.com, go to My pages -> My account and register your card again. A charge will be attempted within minutes and if successful your subscription will start again.
