Below you can find error codes that might appear and what they mean:
The invitation code you are trying to activate belongs to a subscription created in a country other than your current location and can not be redeemed
It is not possible to register your existing Storytel account to a family plan if the country for your account is different than the administrator's account.
If you create a new account from a different country than the country of the family plan, you will not be able to join the family plan.
It is not possible to change the country for an existing account.
If you get this error message when you try to join a family plan, it might be because someone is logged into their Storytel account on your browser. Log out completely from www.storytel.com and try again.
You cannot redeem this invite on your own account
This error message may appear when you are trying to register the new account to your own account. Log out completely from our website www.storytel.com and try again.
It's not possible to redeem the invite with your current subscription
The error message above can be shown when you are logged in to our website with an account that already has a Family or Family Plus subscription. Please log out from your browser and try again.
